DANCE FACILITATORS
Our dance Facilitators are experienced community dance leaders who are experienced in leading community dance classes and have qualifications in inclusive dance such as ParaDance UK or People Dancing qualfications . They are DBS checked and have their own public liability insurance. They regularly access First Aid and Safeguarding training and additional training relevant to the work of Dance Hastings.

VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers are the most important members of our team.
Our dance buddies help people with learning, communication or physical disabilities, and those who are elderly, to enjoy taking part in dance activities and help us to make our sessions safe and inclusive.
Our trustees are responsible for the running of the charity, our legal and financial compliance and our fundraising.
